Right: The organizer's reserve all right in connection with Vibrant India Event Solution Trade Show

Terms of References: In these Rules and Regulations, the term 'Exhibitor' Shall include all employees, staff and agents of any company, partnership firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of participating and all rules and Regulations a produced herein are fully binding on the Exhibitor. The term 'organizer' shall means the VIES EXHIBHITIONS PVT LTD, Ahmedabad, INDIA. The term 'Trade show' shall mean the trade show known as VIES EXHIBITIONS PVT LTD ( Complete HOME WARE PRODUCTS).

Damage to the Trade Show : Exhibitor are required to indemnify the organizer's against any claim made against them by any person in respect of any damage to trade show halls and venue caused by their stand exhibits, visitor, staff or by agents acting on their behalf.
